Recommendedwith my experience and doctors Sandra Christensen has been the best doctor I have ever seen she has connected me with people that I've needed to connect with in order to get better and she takes her job very serious and she's very good at what she does so thank you Sandra Christensen for all you do!
Terrible experiences. Staff is rude, they hang up on you and it’s impossible for them to help you with the simplest of tasks. Needed a referral for my foot and they refused to give me one until I see their doctor even though they have the documentation of my foot. I’m not spending money for a doctor to palpate it. I will never come here again and I recommend you avoid them as well.
I am healthy and take care of myself. I don’t go to the doctor unless I’m sick. They dropped me as a patient with no notice for inactivity. Has always been hard to get calls returned or help from office staff. On a positive note, the office manager Alyssa has always been helpful, but she didn’t even return my call this time!
Absolutely the worst Dr Ever. I should sue this place for malpractice. When I asked for a refund they called the police on me. The front desk lady lied to me and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a refund for bad service. Was just going to let it go but it was so bad I had to go back and make a scene. They have a 2.1 rating on google. Don't go here whatever you do the Doctor got her license at City Market.
I’ve had the best medical care since I started going to WVFP in 1988. I started with Dr. Josh Holmes before he retired, and I’ve been with Dr. Hughes for more years than I can remember. Great staff!
Dr. McClellan is amazing! My daughter and I both see her. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and talk me through the resolution or next steps to take. Her assistant is amazing as well. I feel like they actually care and take the time to get to know their patients.
I’ve been to the Fruita clinic twice. Both times been treated fairly rudely. I did see Donna at both the Fruita clinic and in the Redlands and loved her! Reception staff at both clinics act like they hate their jobs and dealing with patients is a headache. I was hopeful it was an isolated incident but apparently not.:/
