The lady that entered my information into the computer clearly could not read or write as she entered both the recipients name incorrectly as well as my name and my phone number. The recipient was unable to collect the funds as the name did not match the name on the ID. I called the number listed on the receipt but since the number was listed incorrectly, they would not allow me to change it because it didn't match the phone number I was calling from.
