This place has a terrible reputation, and my own experience only confirmed it. The young woman asked about my personal bank accounts—information I obviously refused to provide—and then she refused to cash my check. She was rude; it is the worst place to go for service.I don't know why they treat people like criminals—and with such a bad attitude.
They be iffy like they were just involved in something they didn't want to be involved in.
I’m definitely reporting this company . Two black people came in and both was deny service because of the fact they didn’t like how they responded . I was denied my check because the lady try to verify my check through GOOGLE instead the number on the actually check and when she’ provided the account number and routing number she provided it in the wrong sequence and also identified the check wrong . This is the absolute worst place to ever go I presented all of my paperwork, including the Damn envelope My check was verified over the phone But I was still refused service Then, when I call customer service, she had an attitude with me and still denied my service very rudely.
