Since they changed management, this place has become soo unprofessional. The lady behind the window literally was making personal calls while she was serving me. Talking to her kids and boyfriend and moving very slow, with a long line in the lobby. She could barely look up to say thank you when she was done and when she did, it was with a total attitude, like i was interrupting her conversation on the phone. Personal, non emergency calls should be saved for break time.
Very rude, and horrible custom service. I was hung up on twice and still couldn’t get my problem solved. They don’t even deserve 1 star
