Lines are always backed up because most of the time there is only 1 person working behind the counter. They do ask for unnecessary information sometimes but Nice customer service
A friend owed me $100 and sent it via western union. At the office I was asked for my SSN, ID, Employment Status, Employer, and phone number. This is an outrageous demand for enough information to cause serious damage to me financially. I know I need to identify myself, and that’s fine. The rest of the required information sounds criminal.
