The tree work was o.k. We paid the worker on the day he finished, only to receive a later bill (our check cleared on June28). Our effort to inform the office was unsuccessful. We received a second bill with a finance charge. Still unable to get a response from the office. Messages and e-mail were unanswered. We finally got someone to answer the phone only to be told there was a problem witth their billing

Western Tree Removal Specialists are a joke....they don't properly train their crew. Saftey is a minor concern for these folks. The whole company is a danger.... i watched their 'top climber' tie a a limb off on a clearly dead and brittle section of the limb that had all kinds of weight on it, then cut it. Who ties onto the weakest part of a limb when the limb has multiple dead spars? The director of opperations saw this happening and said nothing. Not much to say about their work because they never showed up at the appointment to give an estimate nor did they even have the decency to call to say that they were not coming. Like too many tradesmen in West County and Sonoma County generally, their time is important but your time is NOT important. I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone. Read ALL reviews carefully.

Western Tree gave me great service, I have zero complaints on my end of how they handled the project here at my house. Easy in and easy out, yes there was some tree scraps around but exactly what you would expect from cutting tress and grinding stumps!

They damaged my property, refused to fix it properly and we had to pay thousands to fix it. What a HORRIBLE company.
