The manager is NEVER available, NEVER returns residents calls, and acts like he's a big baller. He has done nothing to help the park in the 6+ years of my tenancy. He allows residents and guests to park all over, even in designated NO PARKING spots. This place is more of a SHIT SHOW than a community. In fact, there is ZERO community here. Residents are always fighting, the SJPD are always here, stabbings, robberies, hit n runs, harassment among residents and Death Threats being made, weapons, drugs, weed, crack...Crack.... o... read more
