Unprofessional😡 More than a week has passed, and they forgot to deliver my order and failed to respond to my emails. I had to go to the store in person to inquire; instead of apologizing, they were rude to me.
Kind of disappointed since PT Solutions bought them out. They're having a lot of trouble with their computer system and things really slowed down in customer service. I've been a customer for 20 years now. I will continue trying. This is me reaching out.
