Pickup truck broke down en-route to Grand Canyon North Rim from Phoenix on a Saturday late in the day. Insurance had us towed to their shop and they were able to get us into a nearby motel which they drove us to with our bags!. They had us fixed and back on the road before noon on a Sunday! Great people! Great Service! and open for business when a lot of other shops aren't! We didn't make it to the canyon that weekend but did get a nice local hike in while we waited.
My bus had a rear dually tire blow out on a Sunday and I brought it to Western Truck! The owner and his wife were very nice and accommodating, the tire crew worked very fast and had four new tires on in less than 2 hours and I was back on the road! Thank you for the great price and friendly experience! I will be back!
Only place open late on July 4th weekend. Fast repair. Kind owners and employees. Reasonable price. I'm happy to have stumbled upon them.
Only place opened on NYE and even had the part waiting for us when the tow truck driver dropped off our truck.
Only tire shop open on Sunday. I had a huge chunk out of my tire and was trying to get home to Phoenix. Everyone there treated my daughter and I with respect and worked hard at getting my tire repaired so I could get home. I highly recommend them and would use them again anytime.
