Western Tire & Auto is the place where you want to go to get ripped off. I went for a diagnostic and was told I needed a new gasket valve cover which is a total of 4 hours of labor. one of the guys at the desk told me the total was 912$. So I just left after paying the 75$ diagnostic fee. Once I got home I thought about it and realized how in the world is it 912$ when the part is only 20$ to 30$ and you charge 150$ an hour which is a total of 630$ for parts and labor not even including spark plugs which wasn't even added to ... read more
Went to get a noise checked out coming from my front left tire. They said they found the problem which cost $850. Literally the same day the noise was still there and my wheel alignment was not straight. They told me to bring it back to figure out the noise and re do my alignment. So i got new tires put on and my wheel alignment was still not straight they re did it 3 and currently now its still jot straight. They said they couldnt figure out the noise was coming from and to see if some other shop and they would just fix it.... read more
