RecommendedMom called WA on a Sunday morning when she couldn't get her car to start after church. One of the guys came to her jumped the battery to get car to the store. The battery needed cleaned up, car started and she was on her way. Great customer service here on the island that you just don't find now days... 👍👍👍
Great Customer Service - I had an emergency today and made a stop at this location — they found someone to help me with my car and they attempted to fix the car — but because it was a speciality part they could not and recommended the dealer — however, they explained what needed to be done, made the car safe and drivable and did not charge me anything since they could not do the work. I've been taking my vehicles to Western Tire and Auto for over 15 years and I have never been disappointed with the quality of service. Fair pricing, professional staff ,excellent mechanics, I'm a customer for life and highly recommend them.
Still has that Hometown feel. The staff is always accommodating. Last time I went in for windshield wipers and they had them sitting on the counter for me before I even walked in the door. And before I was even rung up one of the guys was installing them for me. I've been a customer since I was able to drive and I'm still coming back. Great place great service
