Excellent service and down to earth Will appeal to people in the trades, and the homeowner. Although I'm not in the trades, I've needed tiling tools that weren't at Home Depot (ie. suction cup, special grout/caulk colors). Every time I've gone to Western Tile, I've found what I was looking for. They also answer your questions without making you feel foolish. The salespeople are very experienced in tiling, and their advice is quite helpful.
Good service. They know tile. I did not know exactly what tile supplies to get for my contractor. Went to Home Depot first. Frustration! Went to these guys and I was in and out within 10 minutes with exactly what I needed. They did not oversell me. There were more expensive products, but they said "you do not need these for what you are trying to do".
