Front desk was rude and condescending. I told her my co worker came in not too long again and grabbed a sample board . After I had explain in detail what I wanted she walked me in the back and pointed to the sample board I wanted . As I grabbed it she told me to bring it back because they don’t have too many . Lol what a joke
Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. Unsure what her name is but hung up on me after being rude and sarcastic. I would call another business if trying to get professional customer service.
As a flooring contractor this is a great resource for us. They stock all the popular flooring that we need so we don't have to wait a week from the manufacturer. The owners are serious about the business and are always willing to go the extra mile to assist us.
