Just bought a car and used them for financing i was given a really good rate. The service was good Kathey from the SW BlVD location was so friendly helpful and made everything super easy.
If I could give it less then one star I would, the people when you can actually work with them. Are great while the new bank/automated system is the worst most inept shit I've ever seen. Bank anywhere else at this point because this shit is terrible on every level
I am very happy and impressed with my new bank. Cathey has been there for me every step of the way making things easy peasy. Definitely recommend changing banks to anyone and everyone. I personally bank at the 31st and Memorial branch in Tulsa.
Cathey, Jordan and Ana were so lovely. I came in close to close and they had no problem helping me start my own savings account with them. Cathey Was really helpful and I really enjoyed our conversation. I can’t wait to bank with Western sun.
