I will have to find a new credit union. This is happening again. I am waiting for a replacement card since Oct 2025 and it is now 12/10/25 with no card or answers. This is the most unprofessional bank I have given my money to. I have to do better and find another credit union. I will NEVER recommend this credit union that I have been a member for at least 20-30 years! This is unacceptable and unbelievable.
Phil helped me with refinancing my auto loan and made sure to break it down for me so that I could understand everything. He even took me in 25 mins earlier than my appointment time. Excellent customer service and I’m glad that I refinanced with Western Sun!
Western sun has always been a great place for me to do business.
