I had some friends that lived in these apartments they were very small but overall they were clean and well taken care of.
I need help finding the corporate office number u have never just donated $150 to a bunch of thieves I was never told about that after 48 hours I don't get that money back and now they are telling me this please help
Do not live here! The management is awful. The grounds are not kept up, and look trashy. When my wife and I moved out we were charged for damages that were not present. Also there is an element of drugs and prostitution. If you can find something else, I highly recommend you do so.
This apartment complex is very dated and built on the cheap, certainly not luxury. The apartments are dark, there is no granite, very old appliances and none energy efficient, low-end cabinetry, no walk-in showers, dim and very dated lighting fixtures, overgrown vegetation blocking residents' windows, and inept workout facility. Me gusta aqui. Tengo una amiga que vive aquí y siempre están haciendo cambios buenos a la propiedad. Y nunca hay problemas de estacionamiento, siempre hay muchos para residentes y visitantes. Cuando se termine mi contrato creo que me voy a ir a Atrium.
The Perris park apartments are a bad living apartments. They take your rent but don't fix what needs to be fixed inside the apartment. They need to be torn down or get a manager that's gonna do the job right. Hire a white person at least they get the job done. These Mexicans don't do nothing at all just want free rent. And don't speak a lick of English. Perris park apartments have slum lords as managers....
Incompetent management who have no Idea what their doing! Joke of a complex and staff! Worthless maintenance staff and lazy employees! Unsafe to live here! It's an absolute joke!! Live somewhere else and spare yourself the time and hassle of dealing with ignorance!!!
I lived there for 3 years. At first they were nice and managed properly, however, it quickly went downhill in 2013. I've witnessed and reported break-ins, saw people break out in a brawl at 10pm right in front of my apartment, and since then have heard about cars being stolen. The place is poorly managed, by people who are hardly ever in the office.
