Western States Property Management is a scam. They are in cahoots with an attorney to charge outrageous attorney fees (more than 3x the amount owed) for 2 months in arrears. Then when sent checks they return and refuse to cash so they can continue the scam. Rather than accepting the amount owed, interest, and late fees then discussing the attorney fees they refuse to talk. The receptionist refused to even tell me what months were owed and for what amounts.
