I contacted Tess Botti for coverage and provided all the necessary information and all she did was send me a blank application. This was after she attempted to dissuade me from attempting to receive a quote stating that because I was shopping around that carriers would deny additional quote requests. I had a much better experience at country financial insurance for my needs.
I haven’t worked with the Richland office.
