Lon was SO helpful as our inspector. As someone who doesn't know a ton about what exactly to look for, Lon took his time explaining everything and walked us through every detail on why this matters and how it is/isnt set up properly. You can tell Lon is a true professional and has been doing this for years. He is detail oriented and extremely thorough which is exactly what we wanted in an inspector. He gave us his honest opinion throughout the whole process. Will 100% be using Lon again.
The most unprofessional egotistical inspector I have dealt with in years in this business. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs!
