Got my truck in within 24 hours of arriving, and that speaks volumes considering how busy they are. Once inside, they stayed on it and kept me abreast of what they were doing. They diagnosed it, and repaired it within an acceptable timframe. VERY happy with these guys. Our drivers were very happy with the accommodations and how they were treated as well! Breath of fresh air to have a dealership that really keeps on the problem until completion!
Bad experience, I went there for oil leak and deff code they put my truck on forced region and the cracked my radiator. They send me estimate for the radiator for 3400 then they tooked down 2300 and it's wasn't my fault. Then I got estimates for oil leak 1700 I ended paying 2500. They are losing people and money and they will make sure to take the higher amount from you I ended doing the radiator in another shop for 1500 , and fixing my ABS which they send me estimates of 3500 for 400 $ only .
