Parts guy was useless and couldn't care what I needed
Should have taken my diesel pusher motorhome to them first. These people know what they're doing, and they got it right!
I came into their service department with a check engine light. After 2 days of diagnostics they decide the coolant pump needs replacement. The downtime is expensive, but at least the repair is covered by the warrantee. A couple hours down the road and my truck is hemorrhaging coolant. They placed a zip tie with a sharp tail boring into the coolant hose. Careless work, and now I have more expensive down time and outside repair costs.
