Excellent
I went there for service pretty close to closing and still received excellence service. Most of us complain when we receive bad news, I was prepared for the worse but they made it more comfortable to feel less worried. They diagnosed the issue and I was outta there. They also updated me on every step of the way. Awesome customer service. The day shift personnel left a pass down that was incredible they knew I was coming and why.
Beware!!! They will charge you for things you didn’t request or ask for!!! We asked for a quote to get a specific value replaced on our Freightliner. They came back after 2 hours and said it would be around 1000. Then they said I had to pay for a diagnostic before they would give the truck back. I told them I did not request a diagnostic since I KNEW what was wrong. They still made me pay 157 for nothing I had requested. Needless to say I ended up only buying the part. BEWARE!!!!!
We needed a part toot-sweet and they got it within 24 hours. It was a fast deal and the parts fella was cool.
