Western & Southern Life is absolutely horrible! The worst experience of my life! I would rate them a Zero star if I could. They don't even deserve a 1 star! I lost my mom back in August of 2022. She had a small life insurance policy with this lousy company. Since I started my claim with them back in October 2022, they have ruthlessly strung me along with their ever changing demands, requirements, and stall tactics.
