My experience with Western and Southern has been pretty terrible. My aunt was sold a life annuity at 81 1/2 yearsold by one of their agents, who is no longer with the company. The annuity terms were simply a $429 monthly payment for life in exchange for a $45,000 up front payment, with no beneficiary provision. Thus, paymentsstop upon the death of the payee, with no return of any of the premium to any survivors of the annuitant/payee. Western & Southern Life is absolutely horrible! The worst experience of my life! I would rate them a Zero star if I could. They don't even deserve a 1 star! I lost my mom back in August of 2022. She had a small life insurance policy with this lousy company. Since I started my claim with them back in October 2022, they have ruthlessly strung me along with their ever changing demands, requirements, and stall tactics.
