We cancelled our policies with W&S because of only 1 reason. The lousy, disrespectful, and unprofessional service we received from our local agent Zach Economos. When my mother-in-law passed away he informed us that her policy was active and up to date. Later we found out there were issues with her policy that Mr Economos failed to research, investigate, and provide us with the information that was necessary after a loved one has passed.
