An absolute shambles. My father in law is the one who bought a policy for my husband. We got Guardianship and conservatorship as Papa is very late stage Dementia. We wanted to cash the policy in as mom is struggling. Western and Southern have had us chasing our tails for three months now and they have just informed me that the paperwork is worth diddly squat and to cash the policy we have to get a court order! It's taken them since October 2022 to tell me this just now. I am so fuming.

Western and Southern Life reached out to me after finding my resume and scheduled an interview with me. They asked me to put in an application for the position and then to come in on Monday for an in person interview. Then I received notice last minute that they would not be moving forward with my application. I found this to be completely unprofessional and a waste of my valuable time.
