One of the individuals at my work has been trying to get ahold of Michael Cheslock for over a year since he (the individual) does not have access to his policy. In that time, we have been given the run around, have had numerous phone calls go unanswered from Cheslock and are told that Michael Cheslock will be returning our calls within the week.
