My mom is a policyholder with this company, and I have to handle everything for her since she doesn’t speak English. Over the past year, dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve had to send in multiple forms just to set up her auto-pay, and every time there’s an issue — forms get lost, processed incorrectly, or never updated at all. One of the individuals at my work has been trying to get ahold of Michael Cheslock for over a year since he (the individual) does not have access to his policy. In that time, we have been given the run around, have had numerous phone calls go unanswered from Cheslock and are told that Michael Cheslock will be returning our calls within the week.
