I'm am sadden to know that loyalty just don't work anymore. For over 30+ years I've been with Western Sothern Life and during COVID-19 ran into hard times. My policy lapse - no one reached out to me. I've tried several times to get my policy reinstated. No one will talk to me after I was told to mail in my payments ($364) and I did. WSL cashed my check and then they sent me a letter to inform me that my policy is cancelled due to non-payment. This is a rip off. It's not fair that I had my universal policy since 1989-1990. Been calling since April 2020, last call in June 2020. Automatic system have all options for pymts. No representative available for questions. Poor business.
