I thought this insurance company was good until it came time to actually need to open a death claim. Bottom line they're not going to budge until they get an actual death certificate which could take a while. I had called the company a month prior because one of my children names wasn't updated on the policy when they appointed me a new agent. These people or person had my mother to believe she should switch her policy from whole life to term! So when she died after paying all that money every month to these people we couldn't even take care of her funeral and other cost because of that happening we had to pay ourselves family and friends.and our mother went on believing that her policy was good to go and would take care of the funeral because she told my sister where it was in those last days.so shame on you people!
