AVOID THIS SHOP FOR SERVICE!! Very disappointing experience with the service department. I brought them a utility trailer and a 5th wheel. It took them 2 days longer than they said it would take for a simple bearing pack on the utility trailer. Nobody bothered to call me to tell me it was going to be delayed. It wasn’t till I called the morning that I was supposed to pick it up did they bother to tell me it wasn’t even in the shop yet! I asked them to address a broken toilet flange when I dropped it off, and they agreed to w... read more
Excellent service and communication. Cooper has been wonderful to work with us and keeps us apprised of everything that is going on with our camper.
We stopped here on our way through because we were having a problem with our water heater. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and they offered to look at our trailer to diagnose the issue. They were able to find the problem, and although the part we need was out of stock, we at least know what to get. They didn’t let us pay for the service so we hope this review brings them more business! We are so glad we stopped here. So helpful and kind!
