This location was covering for the other center due to maintenance issue. My family member was scheduled for Sunday, 2/16/25. We arrived and entered spending at least 20 attempting to get a wheelchair or even acknowledged that we had arrived. Other patients had the same issues. Obviously, this being a life preservation treatment it is quite concerning that no doorbell or phone call was acknowledged. Failed to provide the prescribed treatment as indicated my a medical professional.
