Cold Food, Dirty Facilities I decided to take my son to this restaurant and to say that we were disappointed was an understatement. The food was less than impressive, with my steak being overcooked and cold. The salad bar was messy and even after the employee came and refilled, she never returned to clean it up. huh? the other commenter isn't makin sense. it's not that bad. from looking at her extensive review list, she's got high expectations and i can see she probably put off a snotty attitude... who would want to be nice to someone who's rude to them? waitresses don't get paid to put up with crap.

EXCELLENT This is a great place to eat. I love eating there on weekend with my family. They have great food and buffet is good. I love steak which is my favorite lol. They are not expensive but pretty reasonable price. Actually it's the best out of the place I've eaten. They are clean and waitress is great food is warm and delicious.
Overpriced horrible service This is a restaurant I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It doesn't follow the chain, from what I've seen, as I have enjoyed Western Sizzlin in many other cities. That is why I am so thoroughly disappointed in this particular location.
