We ate there today. The waitress was good. Let's get that part out of the way. BUT they had on their sign outside that they had special today of steak tips. Got in and got our plates. Not a bit of steak. Anywhere. Total cost was 24.00 + 18 percent tip. This WAS lunch, however, if don't have steak on lunch please specify this. For two people, that was a pricey meal for lunch that offered no steak or steak tips. The reason getting one star. No steak as advertised.

The beef liver and onions is delicious! Like the onions to be sautéed a bit longer though. Very good service as our glasses never seen empty and all of our needs were met with a smile and enthusiasm. 8.5 out of a 10!
Just left Western Sizzlin of Rainbow City.. meal was pretty good until we got to dessert. We all got a healthy bite of clabbered/rotten chocolate ice cream.. no discount or even a simple sorry from the manager. Will not be back.
RecommendedI lost some personal items and the Manager made sure I received all my items. Best customer service ever!
