This clinic is an absolute joke! Nobody picks up the phone, returns calls, no appt confirmations NOTHING! I'm lucky enough to have a car, so I have to drive 20 miles, & walk into the clinic to get anything done! What about the people who can't drive or don't have transportation?????WSMC wake up and do better!!! Take responsibility for all the people you hire there that AREN'T doing their jobs and change it!!!!
This is the most pathetic Healthcare establishment I've experienced. If you want an appointment expect to wait atleast a month. They cant even pick up the phone 90 percent of the time. The urgent care next to them is just as bad. Its not an urgent care, it's a wait 3 hours for assistance care. Thankfully I know have Kasier and can be seen my real doctors... that care!
I’m a brand new patient and unfortunately I’m already feeling concerned about the level of care and coordination this clinic offers. After my first appointment, referrals were placed, but I’ve experienced long wait times on hold just to reach the office and no follow-up communication about next steps, no communication about referrals and no assistance when I’ve expressed my concern. This clinic is pretty cool, but only 4/5 stars because they closed the urgent care. Big sad : (
Plan and simple: Do not see Dr Gruenefeldt as a PCP. He's not "all there" and showing cognitive decline. Maybe at one time he was great, but now, he clearly needs to retire and leave medicine to the next generation. Recently discovered that this is a MEDICAID Medi-cal clinic. I'm not on Medicaid or Medi-cal. But. Have to say I was assisted by both the clinic and the urgent care m.a.s , very quickly with an unusual urgent appointment/insurance issue.
