Excellent medical staff. Friendly receptionists. Lots of homeless in waiting area.
The worst! It’s been 2 weeks and my provider has not order my prescription and it’s hard to get a call back. This is not okay. They don’t care about their clients. I’m going to find a new clinic where they actually care about their clients not like this one! Don’t recommend!
I have always had a good experience with Western Sierra medical. Just wish they still had an urgent care in Auburn.
The staff here is great. I've been in here maybe 5/6 times in the last year and the Dr? I don't really want to say who and what but I've received "some" good care and follow ups because of the staff. They're the ones making sure things are done and ordered. The doc? I'll just say.... I go in for specific issues and even if I saw him and talked about it the week before, he spends all the time on my controlled cholesterol levels, again. I have to wait for a breath to interject the actual reason for the appointment.
