This urgent care is great! I absolutely loved Cara the PA-C who had absolutely helped me in completing my CNA forms. She's amazing as well as the front desk who were very kind in assisting me, the wait wasn't too long and I'm grateful to get a proper checkup after two years now.
Not Good. No reply text not email and naturally o phone number given. Very upset
There’s a serious morale problem here and it shows. Most of the staff carry themselves like they’re being forced to interact with the public as punishment. Cold attitudes, zero warmth, and a general sense of “please don’t talk to me” coming from multiple directions. It’s uncomfortable, and honestly kind of embarrassing for a professional setting. Terrible experience, arrived at 11, checked in at or by 11:15 didn't see the PA until 1:30 / 1:40... they all left and went on lunch break while they had me sit in a room. Finally asked the front office girl and she admitted it. Very un perfessional. I've worked in the medical feild / dental office and if you check in a patient you see the patient prior to leaving. I've been going to the Auburn office for over 6 years now and never had a problem. Kirsten George is the most caring Dr. I've ever had and attends to all my concerns.
