This clinic is pretty cool, but only 4/5 stars because they closed the urgent care. Big sad : (
Plan and simple: Do not see Dr Gruenefeldt as a PCP. He's not "all there" and showing cognitive decline. Maybe at one time he was great, but now, he clearly needs to retire and leave medicine to the next generation. Recently discovered that this is a MEDICAID Medi-cal clinic. Recently discovered that this is a MEDICAID Medi-cal clinic. I'm not on Medicaid or Medi-cal. But. Have to say I was assisted by both the clinic and the urgent care m.a.s , very quickly with an unusual urgent appointment/insurance issue. I am incredibly thankful for the attention I received. Incompetent. Beyond worst experience dealing with this place, my fiancé had a new patient phone appointment in August, they decided to leave early for the day and canceled. She was told to call and reschedule, but is impossible for anyone to answer the phone over there, to the point the call just disconnects (tried calling back for weeks). When she was referred again, they finally picked up the phone just to let her know the doctor is know longer accepting new patients. This urgent care is great! I absolutely loved Cara the PA-C who had absolutely helped me in completing my CNA forms. She's amazing as well as the front desk who were very kind in assisting me, the wait wasn't too long and I'm grateful to get a proper checkup after two years now.
