got a call 15mins before my appointment that my appointment is being cancelled as the x-ray machine is down. how could they not have called me earlier in the day! wouldn't even do a teeth cleaning. next appointment is not for 2 months! pretty poor customer service.

Caught an eye infection during a ski trip, needed to see someone to diagnose and issue a prescription. Was staying about 10 mins from this clinic, which opened at 8am. Otherwise, the northstar resort clinic was only 15mins away, but it opened at 9am. So I had a couple of options. Read the other reviews about the clinic, and was concerned about the 1.9 rating, but those reviews were about appointment issues, not about the care/treatment provided.
