I used Western Sierra for new metal roof, solar and repair of an existing roof. Tony was very professional and the amount quoted was the amount charged. They showed up and finished when promised. Tony offered solutions and made the experience very pleasant. Quality craftsmanship and materials at competitive pricing.
A tree fell on my home damaging the roof, called for an estimate, their representative came out in the rain stated that he will email me the estimate,,,received the email, left a message to schedule an appointment, Tony called me back and stated "that's not how it works" and that he'll get back to me,,,I called and left messages 3x,,,UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! mind you they put on my original roof, so I still don't understand what the problem is/was
