I called Robie after my warranty company attempted to lie and cheat their way into getting me to upgrade my AC unit. Which I did not need. He came out and took a look and within 15 minutes had it fixed and running again. He was fairly priced and patient with me paying him as I tried to get my warranty to pay the bill. He even took the time to show me how to clean the outside system. Thank god for these guys.
Every person we've spoken to and who has done work on our property has been exceptional, professional, and forthright. Prices and quality of work has solidified our trust. We will continue to use their services!
They incorrectly installed a furnace, took forever to come look at it, then said everything was fine. Now they block/screen my calls. This company should not be in business.
Robbie did a great job replacing our air conditioner. They were prompt, did a great job and took the time to answer all our questions. I highly recommend Western Sheet Metal Works for AC repair or installation! Thanks Robbie!
