We had the best experience there. Darren was awesome he showed us this other trailer We didn't even think of and it is absolutely perfect for us had so many little add ons for not much more money. We went around to every other dealership and found western rv to be the best and best priced. We can't wait to travel now!! We recently bought a Catalina Toy Hauler in Grande Prairie. I am so impressed by the customer service we received from everyone there. They really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with their new purchase.
Best quick service I have ever had. Pulled into yard driving through town and Cody managed to get me on to the rodeo on time. New water pump and lines, alap installed very quick. He kept me up to date on the pick up time so I didn’t miss any of my events!
Cody saved our last camping trip before it even started. Discovered the front jack needed a replacement. He hooked us up with a new one and gave excellent tips for installing it. He had it ready and waiting for us before we even got there!
Parts guy named Cody was awesome. If you need any parts or service done ask for him. He made arrangements to drop off outside of regular hours with me. He went above and beyond. Got us back on the road.
