RecommendedA first time apartment owner and landlord, I needed major plumbing services within the first 6 months of ownership. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. These guys are great. Came when they said they would and even called and said they could come earlier if I wanted. They gave an honest estimate and completed the work in less than an hour. Plumber (Carlos) was really cool and cleaned up afterwards. No hidden charges or they find something else wrong. Good guys I highly recommend Western Rooter $ Plumbing.
Had a leak today, Saturday, from my kitchen faucet. called Western Rooter from Arcadia. They dispatched the technician, Kevin, within the first hour of the time window they gave me. Very professional, polite, found out right away what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. Very please with the service and I will certainly recommend them.
Excellent customer service! Arlene answered all my questions and scheduled my appointment immediately. Tony was very professional, punctual and did a great job fixing the problem with the sewer line. I highly recommend this company!
Daniel came out with less than an hour notice after regular business hours to clear a clogged sink. He was clean, courteous, and professional. Pricing was very reasonable and up front. There was no hidden surprises or up sells. He was very thorough and let me watch him work. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Thank you guys for saving the day once again !!! I own a dog grooming salon and Friday evening my tubs plugged up and was hoping they would be ok Saturday morning , nope didn't happen called Western early and they came out and saved the day and the 25 dogs that were waiting for a bath all got bathed !!! Every employee that has come out to either my home or business has always been super friendly and done a good job !! That's again Western Rooter !!!
