Hired western roofing systems to replace my old shingles on my home. Roscoe was my main point of contact and was such a pleasure to work with. Everybody at the company was great. Francisco and Manuel were the installers and you can tell they really care about the quality of their work and keeping the job site clean. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with any contractor!
Roscoe and his team are amazing! Not only are their prices reasonable and service exceptional but recently they got myself and my clients out of a huge bind. In the middle of an open house,during a rainy weekend, I noticed a leak near the entryway. Roscoe came out the next morning at 7 AM to take a look and while it was not an easy, fix him and his team didn’t give up. Within one week the leak had been identified, fixed, patched and painted. I am now one of their biggest fans!
The roofing project was not handled professionally. There were delays, poor communication, and the work seemed rushed. After completion, I noticed that some areas didn’t look properly installed. The cleanup was incomplete, leaving nails and debris behind. Within weeks, I began seeing signs of issues that shouldn’t occur so soon. I tried contacting the company, but it took a while to get a response. The overall experience was disappointing
We had a great experience with Western Roofing Systems from start to finish. Roscoe's communication was clear and consistent, and the proposal process was straightforward and easy to understand. The installation team did a great job and kept everything clean throughout the job. Most importantly, the final result looks fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality roofing work and excellent service.
