We were approached by Western Roofing to do an inspection on our Duralast flat roof. They found a small tear and the conduit to the hood (it's a restaurant) was torn. I was told if I agreed to have repairs done while they were doing another job nearby, it would be cheaper. It seemed very expensive but I was told to keep my remaining warranty I couldn't use someone else or it would void the warranty. My experience was excellent. The crew was fast, accurate and efficient. Nice Cleanup. I'll call them again.
