John Mix and his crew are first class. Clear communication, fair pricing and excellent quick work. This is the second project, I had them replace the roof on my business, this job was on my house! Outstanding, most certainly get them in to bid your project!

John bid the job perfectly: let us know extra cost to replace any rotted underlayment, added better vents to prevent future problems. His crew worked quickly, efficiently, professionally. We just hope Western Roofing is in business when we need another membrane replacement 15 to 20 years down the road. The office staff is pretty special, too.

I had a small leak in my roof for three plus years. I had three bids, and John was the only one to point out my lack of insulation when my house was built in 1976. He spent 20 minutes explaining how my roof would go from R3 to R38 (or more). The shingles were last thing mentioned as he told me his bottom line was my comfort. Western's crew spent two weeks on my roof as stacking rigid foam, plus doing vents and 'actual' roof took a minute. I love how my house looks with the new roof line. Western completed a very difficult residential roof replacement during the winter months. The roof was a combination of flat and low slope TPO and shingles, with leaks and in extremely poor condition. It did go over original bid price but quite a few issues were not apparent until sections were removed, revealing the extent of damage. They are knowledgeable and work to make the customer satisfied. I would recommend.
