Western made me some custom trim pieces to trim out my door. They were primed I just had to paint them. They have great customer service.
I called Western Roofing as well as 3 other roofing companies. They quoted me almost half the price that other companies quoted. Now that they finished the work I needed you can’t even see where the patch begins and ends. I was also pleased to see that the 2 guys that did the work were without a doubt born and raised in the USA, so the company isn’t undercutting other companies with cheap foreign labor.
Quick response and turnaround, roof completed with a week of the estimate given. No upsales were tried and crews worked hard.
Brock and Kendrick were so quick to address our repairs! We needed them done to close on our home and they came right away and got the job quickly, efficiently and they didn't take advantage of knowing we HAD to get it done and overcharge us.
Had a roof vent blow off our house came out within an hour and reinstalled and tack others down inspected the rest of roof great service and on charge. Good to know people are still honest. Thank you for your help and time. Audrey.
