You get what you pay for. Older building. Sufficient for the price. Friendly tenants. Just visited overnight.
This apartment complex is the worst of the worst. It is filthy, the manger Miranda called me a, "tattle tale" for reporting a person smoking in their apartment. This person also removes his smoke detector battery. The place has rats, squirrels in the ceiling and flies, spiders and German roaches. I was bite by an Arizona kissing bug, or better known as a bed bug. The grounds are not cleaned up at all. The dumpster area is gross. They do not clean the common areas enough.
