The doctor is terrible to say the least. They are very overpriced and don’t do what you ask for nor do they explain anything properly.doctor is insensitive and rude. Thinks outdoor cats are a waste of her time. Don’t waste your time go to DR. ebert in Struthers. Help your animals by not taking them here. Though, the front staff and vet tech were very kind to me and my kitty. 1 Star only because I liked the up front staff. The doctor is ignorant and disgustingly rude

Even when I lived an hr. away, I still brought my furbabies to Dr. McKenzie. She is awesome with the pets and treats them like humans. Recommend her Clinic highly!!
She is a wonderful vet and so very caring it's refreshing to see a vet that truly cares about the animals �
Been meaning to post a review for a long time. We have taken our now 10.5 year old chihuahua to Dr. M for nearly 2.5-3years. Our 2 yr old lab also sees her! Our chihuahua has had several health issues along the way, one being IBD, and Dr. M has been the biggest blessing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her, her staff, and her practice. We wouldn't take our animals to anyone or anywhere else! Thank you Dr. M for everything you have done and continue to do for our furbabies!!!
