Great place to work!!
Western Reserve Management is biased and racist. After 1 year signed lease, they terminate the lease with no reason why? they are somehow protected by law. We are clean, non smokers/party life, no music or dogs, etc, follow rules and guidelines of contract, pay rent on time and they terminate the lease. Do not rent from them
Useless company
Thinking I was to pay my rent at the time of lease renewal, I brought the rent payment to the contract signing. That was my misunderstanding, it was the 3rd of the month on a Saturday after 2 pm. Panicked I ask the leasing agent "How do I get this to WRPM before it is late?". She suggested I call the office first thing Monday morning and explain. I did, explaining the situation and offering to drive to their offices to to hand the check to avoid the extreme late payment, 10% of the monthly rent and waiving the senior discoun... read more

Ive rented from WRPM before... I had a great experience w/this company, as well as the property where I resided. The on site mgr told me up front about the cost, and it was that up until the end of my lease. They informed me of what the price would be at the end of the leasing agreement, so I knew aforehand that I could either stay or prep to evacuate the premises. I left the apartment in a clean/acceptable state, and received my deposit back via mail w/in a month.I would definitely rent from them again, and refer others.
Apartments are not the cleanest but its the financial dealings of the lease offices which is terrible.They will try to trick you by following means1. They will offer you 2 months free rent if you join for 2 years, but will trick you about 300-400 dollars by this- I will split those 2 months evenly for whole 2 years so you will pay less money each month. Guess what ? Its not equal- Total of distributed money is less than 2 months rent!!!2. When your lease is up for renewal, they will coerce you to sign at higher rate for anot... read more
