I had THE best experience at Western Reserve Pain Management Center - and I’ve been to a LOT of pain Mangement doctors. Dr Souza, my nursing team of Angela, Hannah, Jill, Mark, Teena, Bob, and my fav Alina who promptly gave me a soda and cookies! And, of of course, the receptionist, Keirstine! Kimberly Scionti

My comment is about some of the negative comments that are posted here. I have been a Dr. Narouze patient for over a year. Like the great majority of doctors, he can spend only a limited amount of time with any patient. This is the result of the realities of the expenses associated with the American medical system. Based on what has appeared in a number of negative postings here, patients are not asking enough questions. If one does not know what CRPS is, then the patient is responsible to ask for a definition. After ONE sympathetic nerve block he is already pushing me off on another doctor who doesn't even specialize in lower extremity ortho! I waited a week then called them to ask if there was anything else I could do or perhaps come in for a different prescription as I already told them Gabapentin wasn't helping but they just told me that if the block wasn't helping by now then it wouldn't work and I should see Dr. Hill for ortho because it isn't "normal CRPS" would anyone care to tell me what normal CRPS is?!
