Very mixed signal between staff some people were nice some people were irritable towards me and and I don't exactly feel like I was treated with 100% respect and I came here because it was a doctor on hospital and the last doctor I saw I saw there was fantastic
Walking into the emergency room I was stopped by a police officer who was so rude even though I was cooperating with his commands. The front desk was rude as well. I didn’t feel safe or welcomed. The Doctors and nurse Tanner were phenomenal. I work at a dentist office and your front desk workers sets the tone of the office or work place. I was seen last night on March 26th 2026. Unfortunately I patiently waited 4 hours in the waiting room in pain, everyone who came in after me were called in before me. When my husband asked about the wait time they mentioned that they were waiting for a room to open because my condition was serious. Sadly, I left without receiving any care.
I'm very thankful for the assistance I received. Pretty certain having stomach upset , is painful but nothing close to the discomfort of a cardio stress test. Ouch.
I’ve been in the Western Reserve Hospital ER 4 times in the past couple months and every time has been a great experience. Two trips with my 90-year-old mom and she was treated with kindness and respect. One time to visit members of my congregation who were quickly diagnosed, treated and released and today was my turn. I got into a room in less than 10 minutes and the staff was attentive and got me treated quickly. We are so lucky to have such a great hospital in Cuyahoga Falls.
