Went their Saturday 11/5/16 with my Dad and Sister. Talked to Eli about buying my sister a new helmet. He did a great job explaining everything to us to make the right decision. She picked one out she liked. Then he helped her out with getting a jacket too. I would recommend to see Eli for all your parts and accessories. He went above and beyond to help us out. Thanks
May 2015 I Purchased my New Honda VFR1200F from Scott... He gave a great price before I drove 50 miles to check out the bike...Got the thumbs up from my wonderful wife, after a short test run, and rode home happy. Very Professional
Shame on you for not taking proper care of those broken down. Making customer wait overnight for part you could have had within an hour.
They don't answer service calls. Receptionist hates her job...
I would never recommend the service department to anyone.. I brought my 2013 kawasaki 636 wheels in to have the tires taken off and they destroyed my rims. They tried to tell me I brought them in like that and also tired to give me store credit for the amount I paid! They don't care about your belongings and don't care to make up for their mistakes.
