I am not one to complain but the return policy here needs to be more flexible. I took in a water tip that I did not need. The item was unused undamaged and in its original packaging with the original receipt. Keeping in mind they still sell this item on the shelf. I would understand this if it was opened discounted discontinued or not able to resell. But none of that was the case. I would even understand a restocking fee. But hard line no return after 20 days. This is silly!
Always very friendly and helpful service! A handshake and solid as a rock honesty.
