This review is long overdue. They fixed the heating issue in my 2013 dodge dart. It required extra searching for parts and the taking out of the entire dashboard(not easy in a dart) to replace the parts. They also saw that the cupholder was broken (I couldn’t get part anymore) and they fixed it up and didn’t charge for it. I felt like they went above and beyond. I’ve also used these guys over the years on other vehicles and for other type repairs and they’ve always been great to work with, trusting and reasonably priced.
Western Auto Care & Radiator severely lacks customer service and integrity. I took my 1998 Dodge truck in to have the heat fixed. This truck has been well taken care of, with only 120,000 miles on it. It has always had a dash mat on for years. They destroyed my dash, never said a word about it, covered the damage back up with the dash mat and refused to fix it or provide compensation because it "is an old truck." My daughter had a water pump.Go out in her car and the sway bar was snapped. They did an excellent job repairing. I take a lot of vehicles here.
