Poor workmanship, poor communication, not a reliable or trusted place to get your car repaired
I've had extensive work done on my skate van through Western Auto Care over the last year—radiator, fuel pump, air pump, transmission—you name it. Through it all, the crew has been consistent, knowledgeable, accountable, and genuinely invested in keeping my skate van rolling smooth. What stands out the most is the customer service: first-name basis, always professional, they treat you like a person not a ticket number. I am so happy I went here . Everyone else wanted 5000 for my repairs on my car . I gave the quotes I’d been getting from other shops to tosh to see how compatible her shop was . They were so kind walked me through it all gave me a quote and I got my car back and fixed for way less then other shops and my car is still running like a champ !!! I’ll be bringing my car in for any other repairs !!! I love this shop and the people who work here . They are honest , kind and understanding
