i called to set an appt with my psychiatrist and the lady that answered the phone was beyond rude. i explained to her my situation and why i needed to either leave a voicemail/note/reach out to my psychiatrist because i am scared of withdrawal and asked for help which she completely ignored saying i dont get to talk to my psychiatrist until the appointment. i had so much patience with her attitude the entire call until the point that she was just being unprofessional.
