Worst place, I called to make an appointment for my daughter and they ask you in the moment of making the appointment several questions as to why I was making an appointment I told them that my daughter was going through a rough depression and had other thoughts, its been 3 months and yet they don't have a slot for her. So why ask questions if my answers don't matter to them. I havnt gotten called for a slot for my daughter. And I was waiting for about 1 month and decided to go else where.
i called to set an appt with my psychiatrist and the lady that answered the phone was beyond rude. i explained to her my situation and why i needed to either leave a voicemail/note/reach out to my psychiatrist because i am scared of withdrawal and asked for help which she completely ignored saying i dont get to talk to my psychiatrist until the appointment. i had so much patience with her attitude the entire call until the point that she was just being unprofessional.
