Unprofessional service, after quoting prices via email, I was able to book an appointment for my son with one of the clinical psychologist. Due to no NDIS support, it got cancelled. Thankfully we were recommended to a professional clinical psychologist from another service with a successful outcome.
I have been seeing a psychologist for a few months now and I honestly cant recommend them enough. Shes really easy to talk to and it’s helped me work through the hardest 6months of my life. Thank you!!!
Just for the sake of transparency if a NDIS participant attends this service,they will write a report for the NDIS and of course a family/family member of participant won't be informed of this,hopeless and clearly not transparent, unacceptable.
Great psychologists but terrible adminstration. Really disappointed in the way they deal with feedback/complaints. I think the fact the only review they have replied to is a negative one is really telling. A caring and compassionate team committed to development would acknowledge the positive reviews as well and not just save the words to defend themselves.
I have been a client for many years. WPS has supported me through some very challenging life events and life in general. Highly recommend their services.
