Just for the sake of transparency if a NDIS participant attends this service,they will write a report for the NDIS and of course a family/family member of participant won't be informed of this,hopeless and clearly not transparent, unacceptable.
sadly, cannot get calls answered, have left 2 messages in clear English and precise & slowly left ph number pronounced ,explaining why I would like to chat. They have refused to call back. Cannot get through to them. How the hell does a business run like this? So glad to learn this before spending my hard earned money on this level of incompetency. Found the same service next suburb up where phone answered and $600 cheaper for same service.
Great psychologists but terrible adminstration. Really disappointed in the way they deal with feedback/complaints. I think the fact the only review they have replied to is a negative one is really telling. A caring and compassionate team committed to development would acknowledge the positive reviews as well and not just save the words to defend themselves.
